Smartphone/Tablet Bundle
Receive up to $150 from the equipment purchase and activation of any new smartphone with a 2 Year or Flex agreement and tablet with a Flex agreement from January 4, 2018 to January 31, 2018.

  • Activate a new line or qualified upgrade (required on each device) on a consumer or business account.
    • Smartphone requires a Flex or 2yr agreement.
    • Tablet requires a Flex agreement.
    • Advance Pay accounts are not eligible.
    • Select business accounts not eligible.
  • Purchase of new devices required. Used devices are not eligible.
  • Tablet must be purchased on the same day, same account and same transaction as the smartphone.
  • The smartphone and tablet must remain active on the line of service that activated the new line or upgraded for 15 months or until the line of service is eligible to upgrade, whichever comes first.
  • Returning any portion of the bundle may result in forfeiting the entire promotional offer.

Switch and Save Unlimited
Cellcom will cover the cost of early termination fees or equipment installment balances when a new or existing account ports the line of service to Cellcom, trades in their good working condition smartphone or basic device, and activates the line of service with a Flex or 2yr agreement. Offer available January 4, 2018 through January 31, 2018.

  • Activation at time of service, Flex or 2yr agreement and credit approval required on a smartphone, tablet or basic device.
  • Available to new individual Cellcom consumer accounts or existing Cellcom accounts that add new lines.
    • Advance Pay services are not eligible.
    • Business accounts not eligible.
    • Consumer accounts exceeding 5 lines are not eligible.
    • Accounts requiring a credit deposit are not eligible.
  • Must port in number to Cellcom.
  • Lines ported in from a competing wireless carrier to an existing Cellcom customer’s account are not eligible for this promotion. Account must have been deactivated greater than 60 days to be eligible.
  • Customers who port their lines into a new Cellcom account, then transfer the ported numbers to an existing Cellcom account are not eligible for this promotion.
  • Customers who transfer an existing Cellcom line to their new account within 30 days after activation are not eligible for this promotion.
  • Customer must trade in their latest, good working condition smartphone, tablet or basic device to qualify.
    • The customer will not receive an account credit back for their trade in. This is a requirement of the promotion.
  • The new smartphone/tablet/basic phone must remain active on the line of service for 15 months.

To receive reimbursement, within 45 days of activation:

  1. Complete, sign and date the Contract Payoff Reimbursement Request Form.
  2. Include a copy of the Cellcom store receipt.
  3. Provide a copy of the entire final competitor wireless bill with early termination fee charges or final retail/equipment installment payment circled for each line. Please note that taxes and other fees charged on termination fees are excluded and will not be reimbursed.
    • Additionally, any costs affiliated with a lease program that requires that you turn in the device, will not be reimbursed with this promotional offer.
  • Cellcom has the right to request a copy of your original service agreement.
  • All reimbursement forms must be postmarked within 45 days of activation.
  • Reimbursement forms that are counterfeited, mechanically reproduced, altered or tampered with are void.
  • Cellcom is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, illegible, lost, damaged, postage due, misdirected or late reimbursement forms or for any services provided by third parties. Incomplete forms or documentation will not be processed.
  • Printouts of online accounts, store receipts or credit card receipts will not be accepted as proof of early termination fee payment.
  • If the customer cancels a ported line, the ETF credit issued to that line will be charged back to their account.
  • Account must be in good standing without outstanding past-due balances in order to receive credits. Not redeemable for cash.
  • All materials received become the property of Cellcom and cannot be returned.
  • Please allow six-eight weeks after receipt of reimbursement form for application of credit(s) on your Cellcom bill(s).

Advance Pay: Unlimited Data for $65
Advance Pay customers will receive an unlimited data bucket with Unlimited Talk and Text for $65 a month when purchasing a new device between January 4, 2018 and January 31, 2018.

  • Advance Pay accounts only. Postpaid services not eligible.
  • Purchase and activation of a new device during the promotional period is required. If the device is returned at any point, the customer forfeits the promotional offer.
    • Used devices, “bring your own device” or previously activated equipment is not eligible.
  • At sale, customers must purchase a new device, pay the activation fee, and pay $70 for the Unlimited Data Plan.
  • $65 pricing (excluding first payment of $70) includes $5 autopay discount.
  • Data on the Unlimited Plan will stream at speeds of up to 3Mbps until 18GB of data per line per replenishment date is used. Once 18GB per line per replenishment date is used, data will be slowed to approximately 200 kbps to 500 kbps.
  • If the phone is damaged, lost or stolen prior to the promotional data feature application, another new device must be purchased and added in order for the customer to be eligible.
